founded in 2007 by five senior coaches united by a common passion to see
the corporate world naturally evolve in service of something bigger than
itself.

over 30 years collective coaching and consulting experience working for
corporations such as IBM, Siemens, ING Bank, Philips, and Bank of America,
the Corporate Ecology Group provide the thought leadership and continuity
of support, organisations need to authentically experience the generative
power of human relationships. This is only the beginning of learning how
to navigate your future in an uncertain world.

Our values are born from our experience working with and understanding
how the complex human relationships at the heart of every system define
and shape an organisation’s ecology.
At
the heart of these values is the role of ‘ trust’ in an organisations
ability to succeed and evolve naturally. Trust is what happens in an environment
of intimacy, play and learning, where people feel free to be themselves,
make mistakes without fear of judgement, and express their ideas and passion.
Not
only can these values enliven our working lives, but they are also the key
to making people feel valued. When people feel valued, they become more
willing to offer their discretionary effort, in navigating the uncertainty,
fear and doubt of the modern business world. This discretionary effort is
the key in creating sustainable high performance.
We also know that when
the values of intimacy, play and learning become the very foundation of
the human relationships within a team, it becomes more than a collective
of individual agendas, and the courage and integrity to develop an authentic
vision becomes possible.
