Johann is an executive
coach and seasoned consultant and trainer. Known for his delightful character
and direct style, he enjoys working with people who are committed to change
and willing to embrace new ideas. He has worked closely with leaders at
all levels in both small companies and large-scale multinational organizations,
including within the chemical, information technology, consulting, retail,
and logistics and transportation industries.
As a Corporate Ecologist,
Johann specializes in individual and team coaching, leadership development,
change management, customer relations management, and sales and communications
training. When clients partner with him, they benefit from his extensive
international experience and cultural awareness. Johann also offers the
latest assessments, techniques, and strategies. He has received advanced
training in facilitation and corporate coaching and is certified to administer
and interpret assessments including in-depth work with the Hogan Assessment
System, the Profiles Assessment System, and a range of 360-degree feedback
instruments.
Johann received the Professional
Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation
(ICF) and the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation
from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). He is also a faculty member of
the Coaches Training Institute and a past president of the ICF Chapter in
Germany.
