Martyn
has been providing executive one-to-one coaching, management team coaching,
leadership development and coaching skills training services to a number
of large organizations in the UK and abroad for more than 10 years.
As
a Corporate Ecologist, Martyn is passionate about improving team and individual
performance, focusing on creativity, energy and human potential through
balance, connection with soul and the experience of team and community.
After
several years as Director of Tesseract Limited, an OD consultancy company,
and after having been with PA Consulting Group as Principal Consultant in
their Business Consulting Practice, Martyn was the main catalyst in the
development and growth of Co-Active Coaching in the UK eight years ago.
He
is also a founder Director of Coactivity at Work Limited, providing both
‘open’ and corporate coaching skills training and development,
being focused on corporate Leadership Development. Amongst other things,
he has worked for national and multi-national clients at different stages
of organisational development, focusing on culture change issues, in both
the public and private sectors.
Prior
to this experience, Martyn worked for several years on similar issues for
the Government and later for the motor industry. His commercial experience
also includes a period of sales and marketing management, responsible for
the sales and financial performance of a group of 21 retail motor dealerships.
Combined
with his strong corporate background, Martyn also studied Psychology at
London University, followed by a post-graduate degree in Ergonomics and,
latterly, a Diploma course in Psychotherapy.
